Made with the Freshest Tokachi Milk

The key to our soft-serve is the 100% fresh milk we source from Taguchi Livestock Farm in Makubetsu, Tokachi. We receive the milk on the very same day it’s collected and send it directly to our production facility.

We were truly impressed by the core philosophy of Taguchi Livestock—prioritizing the well-being of their workers and creating a stress-free environment for their cows. Thanks to our partnership with Mr. Taguchi, we are able to use his exceptional milk as the main ingredient for our “Chuu-Chuu Soft.”

Committed to Hokkaido’s Tokachi Ingredients

We are dedicated to using the best ingredients from Hokkaido’s Tokachi region.

• Our strawberry soft-serve uses fresh strawberries picked from a partner farm in Shikaoi, Tokachi.
• Our adzuki bean soft-serve also uses Tokachi-grown beans, which we carefully simmer for two hours by hand.

We use only natural ingredients, including butter, skim milk, granulated sugar, and kelp acid (as a stabilizer). We were among the first in Hokkaido to incorporate butter into our soft-serve mix. This innovative approach results in a rich, creamy texture with a clean, refreshing aftertaste.

Crafted with Care, One Cone at a Time

Every single soft-serve cone is filled by hand.

Using a specialized filling machine, we carefully transfer the freshly made soft-serve from the freezer into each individual cone.

We use a scale to ensure each one has a net weight of 100 grams, but we usually add about 5 grams extra just for fun!

Children and adults alike will love it!
